Having more than 21 years industry expertise, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Pressure Gauge, Capsule Gauge, Schaffer Diaphragm Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Draft Gauge, Bimetal Thermometer, Thermo Wells, Flanges, Fittings, etc. The instruments and other products are developed in compliance with the highest quality standards and marketed under the EAGLE BRAND. Also, the sensing elements for these instruments are imported European manufacturers. Our products are reckoned for their excellent construction and high performance.

Established in the year 2012, ST Instruments is an emerging entity chiefly functioning from Kolkata, West Bengal. Mr. Sanjoy Choudhary (Proprietor) and Mr. Nayan Roy the capable mentors have substantial industry experience and have contributed a lot for the expansion and growth of the company.

Strengths That Make Us

The manufacturing unit of the company, spread over 800 square feet has the latest technology Lathe, Ball-press, Argon & Gas Welding, Tester, Vacuum Pump, Temperature Bath, Master Gauges, (BURDENBARG, WIKA, H. GURU), etc. Besides, there are adequate precision inspection devices, calibration facilities, R & D facilities and testing facilities that are efficiently used by our experienced and well-trained engineers. By utilizing all our resources, we are able to come up with prompt, complete after sales support as well as provide assistance on proper selection, use and upholding of Process Control Instruments.

Quality Assurance

Quality being very crucial for us, we utilize especially selected, indigenous as well as imported raw materials for making the products. We fabricate all the gauges following the international standards such as ANSI, BS etc., and also as per Indian standards as well as according to the standards specified by the clients. Besides, we fabricate thermo wells, flanges and fittings following Indian Boiler Regulations (BIR) and also provide certificates (on request). As well, to ensure that the gauges perform flawlessly in diverse operating conditions, we make them pass through type tests in line with IS. All the gauges are subjected to calibration, welding testing, air leak testing, flexible bourden testing, etc. We also hand over the selection and examination of the products to agencies such as ONGC, NPCIL etc. for complete quality assurance. Not only this, the products are tested at NABL Accredited Laboratory/National Test house.
